Alone Together

John is a doctor from Florida.  Karla is a college professor from Idaho.   Having crossed paths on the web, they have arranged to meet in the Midwest at a bird sanctuary, a beautiful, secluded setting that strikes them each as an ideal place to suit their particular desires.   John reveals that he occasionally gets the urge to jump in his car and drive long distances in order to meet strange women..  Karla admits that an urge was part of what motivated her to drive so far to meet him.   But their ideas of friendship are very different, dangerously so for both of them.
